MINH ANH WORKING PROCESS WITH CUSTOMERS

Customer Service Officer of Minh Anh Company receives information from customers from 8:00 am to 18:00 pm from Monday to Saturday weekly, consulting, surveying actual location and workload and satisfying Sign contract with the customer, then proceed to provide customer service requirements.

 

Procedure

CASE 1: SIGNING WITHOUT PROBATION PERIOD

Step 1: Receive information from customers, customers call or directly go to Minh Anh Company.

Step 2: Minh Anh Company's supervisors will come directly to the customer's site to conduct a field survey, detail the terms of the contract, sign the contract and collect the deposit.

Step 3: After signing the contract, Minh Anh will arrange the suitable staff according to the requirements of the client's job, staff arrangement time to work within 01 to 05 working days. During the contract period, the company's supervisor will be regularly checked to timely support staff to complete the work well, changing personnel in accordance with customer requirements when necessary.

Step 4: The Company will inform customers of the total hours worked by Minh Anh employees, the amount of customers need to pay to the company in 3 forms: Directly to Minh Anh Company, transfer to the company or Minh Anh staff to collect directly.

 

CASE 2: PROBATION BEFORE SIGNING

If customers want to try Minh Anh's services before signing the contract, Minh Anh applies the following procedures:

Step 1: Receive the information requested by customers, customers call for advice or come directly to the company.

Step 2: Minh Anh for employees to do trial at the client's home, probation period depending on work requirements and workload, usually probation period from 02 hours to 05 hours.

Step 3: After the Minh Anh staff finishes, customers will evaluate the quality of Minh Anh's cleaning services and pay a trial fee of 100,000 VND per hour. Right after the test, the company will apply the trial fee of 80,000 VND / hour. The contract price depends on the time required by the customer (how many hours a day and how many days per week).

Step 4: Minh Anh staff will consult the terms of the contract, sign the contract and collect the deposit.

Step 5: After signing the contract, Minh Anh will arrange the suitable staff according to the requirements of customers, staff time from 01 to 05 working days of the company.

Step 6: The Company will inform customers of the actual working hours of Minh Anh employees, the amount of customers need to pay to the company in 03 forms: Direct to Minh Anh Company, transfer to Company or staff Minh Anh to collect directly.
